Dr. W. Dennis Stripling, M.D.

Dr. Stripling began his practice at Texas Health Dallas in 1976 after completing two years as a U.S. Army Flight Surgeon in the U.S. and Thailand, residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery in the U.S. and Europe, and a fellowship in Hand Surgery. He is currently an attending physician at Texas Health Dallas and Texas Institute for Surgery at THD. He serves as a clinical associate professor at UT Southwestern Medical School.

Dr. Stripling is a member of the Board of Trustees of Texas Health Resources. He has served as president of the THD medical staff as well as chair of Quality Review, Audit and other committees.

Dr. Stripling has been selected by his peers as a Best Doctor in Dallas as published by D Magazine in 2001 thru 2011 (every year of publication).

Dr. Stripling is an active member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. His special interests include arthritis, Dupuytren's disease, nerve entrapments (CTS/CuTS), wrist injuries, tumors, fractures and tendinopathies (DeQuervain's and trigger finger).

Dr. Stripling is married with two children and three very special grand children.
